Internship programmes are an excellent opportunity to get an real experience of organizational functioning, team work, operating process & company’s values. We have opportunity for bright students in HR, Research, Sales, Marketing, Export and many more.
Vin Group offers internship for a minimum of 45 days to the selected students. There is no maximum, though normally the internships last for 2-3 months. Last year we made job offers to 3 interns who did a stint with us.
Our team of experts selects the interns based on their aptitude, academic record & integrity. Very often, we will speak to your teachers in the college.
Thereafter, each summer intern is given a industry based project either of their choice or as decided by the company to work on during the period of internship.
This is followed by intern project presentation based on their learning and their recommendations to an Executive Panel consisting of their Project Guide, a representative from HR and a member of the Senior Management team.
