Background:
PVC plastisols is widely used in numerous plastic applications. Over the years these inexpensive materials have become popular in leather cloth industry, adhesives and sealants etc. The primary reasons for the commercial success of pvc plastisols are their low cost and ease of application.
Problem:
In PVC plastisol fine PVC particle are suspended in plasticizers along with filler and other additives. These plasticizers and filler have inherent moisture which when processed above 100*C leaves defects like pin holes, porosity and other surface defect.
Solution
VinAid UC is very simple and effective solution which when added with the plastisol in small dosage of 1-2% helps to eliminate the above problem and leave the surface defect free.
