The process of Recruitment & Selection at VIN is followed as per the below two categories-

Senior/Middle Level Recruitment

The efforts are made to hire the senior level positions through in-house talent. However, in case of non – availability of internal talent, we explore in the industry and eventually outside industry, whenever required. Mainly sourcing is carried out through Professional portals, advertisement, consultants & employee references.

The personal interview process is usually preceded by assessment test on aptitude & numerical ability. If candidate clears the assessment test then candidate will go for next round of interview followed by HR & finally technical interview by operations. Once offer letter is issued, HR undergoes through reference checks, before appointment.

Entry Level Recruitment

At entry level we prefer Graduates (B.Sc) & Management Graduates (MBA). They are recruited through “Campus Recruits” straight from the Campus as Trainee/Executive. Other academic Graduates (all functional discipline) are also recruited for the positions in HR, Marketing, Export, R & D, Finance etc.
