Background
Food Corporation of India (FCI) run godowns are widely used in carrying fluids – especially in SWR (Sewage Waste and Refuge) applications. Acyrlic Process Aids are used to fuse PVC.
Problem
Acyrlic Process Aids are used to fuse PVC resins – they are expensive. Higher filler loadings are not possible.
Solution
ProAid V005 lowers the viscosity of the PVC resins. Because of this the fusion improves. Surface Finish and Output rates are improved. Customers can either reduce Acrylic Processing Aids and their formulation cost, alternatively for same acrylic processing aid levels, the filler loading can be increased.
