Chair Molding of Repro PP

Background

Molded chairs in HDPE and PP have rapidly replaced metal and wooden alternatives. Often for reasons of economy, reprocessed polymers are used in various dosages leading to loss in physical properties like shine and strength of the chairs.

Problem

Inconsistency in the physical properties of the Molded Chairs due to use of recycled polymers.

Solution: Shinex, a unique additive for molders using reprocessed polymers delivers increased strength, gloss and processing improvements. Degradation due to oxidation is significantly checked.
